IT Asset Management Intern
Join the Technology and Business Services group at Stewart Title as an Asset Management Analyst intern. You will receive hands on experience with understanding current processes related to the lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to decommissioning. In addition, you will have a chance to learn about the industry as you experience life at Stewart.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Document current procedures for ordering, issuing, monitoring and replacing IT assets
• Define an inventory management strategy for consumable IT equipment
• Support management of the ITSM organization
• Collaborate with US based and offshore Stewart IT partners
• Provide process improvement alternatives and/or recommendations
• Prepare documentation including workflow diagrams, policies and procedures, and training materials
• Create control reports to monitor critical milestones throughout the asset lifecycle
• Facilitates and monitors status processing of all requests
• Reports on adherence to processes and standards
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will:

• Be results-oriented, innovative, collaborative, analytical, hands-on, inquisitive, a quick learner, proactive, and have excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
• Have an eye for continually seeking to enhance a process or approach, while successfully while delivering on assigned projects
• Be adept at handling a changing workload and high volume of information
• Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s level degree program
• Be able to fulfill the duties of the role in either an in-person or remote environment for the duration of your internship (locations and format may vary)
• Be available to complete the entire internship program as defined by the communicated program start and end dates
• Be fluent in oral and written English and be eligible to legally work in the country in which you are applying, without company sponsorship or time restriction
