Collaborate with accounting team and CPAs on reconciliations ensuring accuracy of financial data. Communicate with banks & tax authorities, providing support as needed. Ensure company’s financial compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Establish procedures for integrating financial data from cabinet sales departments, warehouses, and factories in Vietnam; analyze sales growth, inventory turnover, and customer order patterns using SQL; present detailed Profit & Loss (P&L) statements using Power BI and Excel monthly and quarterly to support strategic decisions.
*Oversee cash flow management, tracking gross margins on cabinet sales, reviewing monthly bank statements and cost reports, identifying discrepancies, and reporting risks to the CEO.*Participate in management meetings, review financial reports, verify accuracy of financial metrics, track expenses, and ensure adherence to annual financial plans.
*Analyze costs and create budgets by coordinating with sales, customer service teams, Vietnam factories, and vendors. Conduct Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis using Tableau and prepare budgets for CEO approval.
*Monitor expense usage, optimize expense-tracking processes, approve expenses, and generate compliance reports for the CEO.
*Identify financial risks related to budget overruns or delays, propose actionable solutions to the CEO, and monitor implementation.
*Approve payrolls, refund requests, and maintain comprehensive financial records.
*Recruit, supervise, and evaluate financial department staff, determining appropriate rewards and bonuses
Requirements:
· Education: Master’s degree in finance administration, Financial Project Management, or a closely related field.
· Experience: One (1) years of experience in financial analyzing as a financial analyst.
