Duties and Skill set would include the following:
- Prepare Month End A/P O/S items Report
- Prepare Agency Sales Reports
- Balance all Pipeline Transportation Agreements
- Prepare Agency Management Invoices
- Review Agency Sales Estimates
- Prepare & Maintain Agency Account Analysis including O/S item follow-up
- Prepare all Pipeline Transportation & Cashout Vouchers
- Coordinate & Process all Net out Gas vouchers
- Send various pipeline and/or payment spreadsheets to 3rd party vendors
- Prepare Gas Purchase Vouchers
- Treasury Disbursement of Payments (Wires)
- Prepare all Agency Remittance Documents & Payments
- Gas Marketing /Accounting Experience
- Knowledge of Natural Gas Pipelines
- Above Average Excel skills
- 1 to 3 Years of Experience
