Swedish Medical Center is looking for an Administrative Intern (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work in Corporate Compliance at Swedish Shared Services in Seattle, WA.
Participates in specific projects. Provides data support and analysis for specified projects. Analyzes financial impact of various business scenarios. Documents project activities and maintains on-going communication with physicians and other stakeholders
In this position you will:
Participates in a specific projects; develops understanding and working knowledge of the philosophy and tenets of Swedish Medical Center.
Provides data extraction and analysis for specified projects.
Analyzes financial and operational impact of business information. Researches comparable institutions and benchmarks. Develops reports to summarize analysis and research.
Demonstrates skills that enhance teamwork; maintains on-going communication with physicians and other stakeholders
Accurately documents project activities. Demonstrates good project planning and control skills
Attends various committee project meeting. Assists in preparation for these meetings when appropriate
Assists other members of Swedish Medical Center in their projects when applicable for furthering intern’s educational objectives
- Completion of first year in an accredited Master’s degree Health Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA)
