The Strategy team is also an entry-point for high potential talent and offers opportunities for increasing responsibility within Strategy as well as accelerated transition to business roles across TE.The main role of the Strategy team is to help enhance shareholder value by supporting Enterprise and Business leadership in developing strategies that drive profitable above-market organic and inorganic growth. You will be assisting the team to fulfill this role by working directly with the Chief Strategy Officer and other senior business leaders on high impact / high visibility strategy projects – such as shaping TE portfolio composition, identifying growth opportunities in new adjacent spaces, and assessing paths to win and maximize value in new markets and key technology megatrends.Given the nature of work, the operating model of the Strategy team within TE is very close to that of a management consulting firm – e.g., working on high-impact project assignments, applying a hypothesis-driven approach, drive top-down thinking and strong analytics.
