Customer Service Representative/Logistics Specialist
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with business or supply chain background
• 1-2 years working experience
• ERP – SAP experiences are preferred
• Manages logistics operations to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of shipments
• Communicate transport or logistics cost to customers or suppliers as the case may be
• Maintain and administer company inventory control
• Track shipments across different channels.
• Take full ownership of customer issues & show a strong commitment to going above & beyond
• Positive Attitude. Dependable. Takes initiative.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
• Bilingual (Mandarin & English) is preferable.
