The Global Trainee Program is an intensive two-year program that supports development of promising professionals with the potential to become future leaders in Tenaris. A Global Trainee will build expertise, engage with colleagues around the world, and demonstrate performance while learning about Tenaris’s culture and industrial heritage leaving them prepared to take the next steps in their career.
Contributes to the Administration & Finance/ Accounting function while he/she learns, trains and improves skills in that particular area in order to gain a profound understanding of processes, products and services.
Observes core processes through on the job training, project assignments and training activities.
Analyzes information and prepares different deliverables as reports and processes. Gains deep knowledge of the processes he/she is exposed to.
Develops specific projects within the Administration & Finance (Accounting) department.
Develops and manages a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area’s results.
Maintains regular contact with other areas of the company, and interacts with different hierarchical levels in order to achieve the expected performance and results.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
– Recently graduates (up to 2 years from graduation) from BS Administration/BBA in Accounting
– Good communication skills, High curiosity, process improver mindset.
– Advance excel skills
– Software / IT tools oriented
