The Marketing Operations & Capabilities Intern may be aligned to a project based on current brand/category or commercial needs or potential untapped opportunities that contributes to driving deeper understanding of humans as consumers, shoppers and guests. The project is based on clearly defined and complex business opportunities that require data driven analysis, strategic thinking and problem solving to develop a recommendation which will favorably impact the business or a presentation overview of the assigned project. Other critical skills required are creative thinking and problem-solving capability.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a cross-functional team on the operational materials needed for Summer programming
Develop Executive Summary of operating plan including brand strategy, consumer target, key packages, priority channels, key insights, and milestones
Own coordination and "polish" of content for the operating plan and key routines
Deploy operating plan to the system through key routines and posting on internal sites
Education Requirements:Must be a first-year MBA candidateFunctional Skills:
