The Intern under the leadership of their respective managers will participate in on-going projects and collaborate with associates across different businesses.
Intern will be exposed to and involved in the following aspects of a tax department. Compliance preparation of federal and state income and franchise tax returns for all affiliated companies that may include:
Gathering and analyzing financial information and tax law to calculate tax adjustments.
Communicating and coordinating with accounting personnel to resolve questions or issues that arise through data analysis.
Assist in preparation of other tax filings including, but not limited to: sales tax, property tax, excise tax and FATCA.
Interns will collaborate with various groups within multiple companies.
Rising Junior or Senior enrolled in a 4 year Accredited College or University pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance.
Overall GPA 3.0 or above
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
