General Responsibilities The Administrator Business Insights & Analytics will compile and send reports and data extracts to cross-functional partners and support the Global Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams in developing sustainable delivery methods for knowledge transfer. • Manage user experience including notification process, resolution activities and follow-up. Build user confidence and rapport through soft skills, knowledge sharing and proper handling of issues. Meet service level objectives for problem resolution / escalation. 65% • Compile and send various reports & data extracts to cross-functional partners as required; Process Reservation Moves & Fixes 20% • SQL Development 10% • Develop documentation and sustainable delivery methods for knowledge transfer, including user manuals and process maps 5% Essential Requirements • Proficient in SQL and comfortable with efficiently querying large databases (experience with one or more cloud platforms is a plus) • Excellent prioritization skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under tight deadlines • Willingness to learn and develop new skills and approaches in a fast growing, dynamic business • Experience using Teradata or similar relational database tools a plus • Undergraduate degree in quantitative field (economics, finance, mathematics, data science) or related / relevant experience (Master’s degree a plus) Hertz is a Drug Free Workplace.
