Thrasio is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager responsible for execution and optimization of email and messaging programs across the full lifecycle of our Amazon seller audience including nurturing, acquisition, and advocacy. In this role, you would collaborate across the corporate marketing team, as well as cross-functionally with multiple divisions within including Seller Success, Deals, and Product to provide a world-class experience to our Amazon seller audience. In addition, you would own advocacy programs.
The ideal candidate is both technical and strategic: you’re confident building campaigns in a marketing automation system as well as developing strategy, writing copy, and seeing campaigns through to execution, analysis, and optimization.
Formulate and champion the strategy to lead Thrasio’s lifecycle marketing efforts globally; develop and deploy daily email marketing activities such as setup, proofing, deployment, A/B testing, and reporting.
Build and optimize compelling, high-converting, multichannel lifecycle engagement campaigns to drive exponential growth
Uncover opportunities for marketing campaign optimization across the customer lifecycle including segmentation and personalization and champion the Amazon FBA seller experience while driving critical business metrics; plan, design, and execute lifecycle marketing tests to uncover opportunities for increased campaign engagement & conversion
Collaborate with product and marketing stakeholders to ensure lifecycle communications are closely aligned with product releases and user experience
Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes; review & QA all outgoing communication to ensure marketing message is conveyed and delivered clearly to specific audiences.
What you bring to the party:
4+ years as a Lifecycle or Email Marketer in a B2B setting, with a proven track record of driving growth by building high-quality campaigns; proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, and Google Analytics required
You are a creative storyteller who understands audience communications, and you can craft messaging that resonates and converts
You are comfortable modifying and updating HTML and CSS email templates to create new or update existing campaigns
You see the big picture, and know how to prioritize and execute on the most impactful experiments across channels
You use rigor, data, and speed to make intentional decisions
