We are looking for an autonomous and motivated marketing and project management professional with exceptional organizational skills to help us scale our marketing programs, campaign management, and intra-departmental communications process. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing, this role will optimize marketing operations and campaign management (including tech stack ownership & reporting) and will own communications with regards to the planning and execution of Thrasio’s corporate marketing initiatives.
Comprehensive campaign management and coordination of marketing team output
Active participation in identifying new and improved processes that will result in the harmonization of programs for new or existing systems
Implement new programs and systems that increase efficiencies across the corporate marketing organization
Oversee CRM data hygiene and enrichment, reporting, and presentations
Evaluate, negotiate, and implement new technology to support department goals
Coordinate with the department at large to ensure high priority projects are properly resourced in order to move toward completion; collaboratively identify root causes and corrective actions when barriers arise
Ensure a seamless flow of knowledge and information between the Corporate Marketing team and cross-functional partners
Actively identify new or improved processes to harmonize our evaluation, execution, and scaling of initiatives with the rest of Thrasio’s organization
Create effective and consistent lines of communications between the marketing team and its partners
Initiate and organize all team documentation, including updating onboarding documentation and establishing best practices for knowledge sharing
Develop & maintain professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within the b2b and ecommerce marketing space
In collaboration with Demand Gen Manager, experiment with and report on validity of new marketing channels to support department goals
What you bring to the party:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in marketing ops or demand gen within a b2b marketing organization
Superior communication and organizational skills to effectively manage documentation, materials, and flow of information within and between departments; previous experience with negotiation and change management a plus
Previous experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Zoom required
Working knowledge of demand gen marketing best practices and reporting
