Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development, planning, implementation and coordination of the milk safety program as part of the Cooperative State/ FDA Program for Certification of Interstate Milk Shipments.
  • Promotes the adoption, implementation and enforcement of regulatory standards and ordinances.
  • Function as a primary contact for FDA headquarter managers and other Federal, state, or local agencies on all matters regarding the milk program.
