Description: Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following: • Provide accounting support to Navistar personnel and business partners. • Maintain general ledgers, review accounting activities, and prepare the monthly and quarterly financial reports. • Prepare ad hoc reports for management. • Performs day-to-day general accounting activities: journal entries, account reconciliations, to ensure compliance with established accounting policies, practices and procedures • Compiles and analyzes operating performance reports. • Research and resolve unusual items on financial reports. • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations. Basic Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • At least 1 year of accounting experience OR • Bachelor’s degree and CPA • At least 1 year of accounting experience VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
