As a member of the Customer Care Team, the Technical Services Intern will support the Customer Care team by researching and creating a database of water quality results, referencing against known failures.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Reviews and compiles water quality test results into a single comprehensive database.
Identify and record historical data on product failure into a database referenced geographically.
Create a heat chart map of known failure zones and water quality by severity.
Models Watts business goals for quality and customer focus by successfully fulfilling the role of a functional team member
Models Watts business philosophy by demonstrating respect for coworkers on a daily basis. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Working toward a BA/BS degree in Engineering or Business.
