Job Overview:
As the eCommerce Manager for Supply Chain and Operations, you will have hands-on responsibility for the daily operations of our online stores, including Shopify and Amazon, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work cross-functionally on a small team to manage inventory, logistics, website functionality, and technology integrations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for data and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Planning: Manage inventory levels, optimize warehousing, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Order Processing & Fulfillment: Oversee the complete order lifecycle, from processing to fulfillment, ensuring that products are dispatched accurately and delivered on time.
- Technology Integration: Implement and manage tools such as CRM, EDI, and payment gateways. Ensure the eCommerce platform is fully integrated with our latest technology for operational efficiency.
- Website & Platform Management: Ensure the eCommerce platform operates flawlessly, managing product listings, content updates, and implementing platform upgrades to enhance the user experience.
- Cost Control & Budget Management: Monitor and control operational budgets, seeking opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining efficiency. Contribute to financial forecasting and strategic planning.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales performance, conversion rates, and delivery timelines. Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and optimize operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role for an online retailer.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, logistics, and inventory management.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and other relevant eCommerce software systems, such as SAP Business One, NetSuite, Cin7, or similar.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
