Students in the UH Real Estate Program graduate as career-ready candidates and are prepared to be the future leaders of Houston’s real estate industry, many with substantive experience related to real estate. The real estate coursework they have completed is taught by industry leaders who bring their wealth of experience to the classroom as part of our focus on practice-based education.

We encourage you to reach out our students at any time as they are often available for both job and internship placement outside of traditional academic timelines. Many are even hired into professional roles in their last semester or two before graduation thanks to our flexible evening courses.
