Bauer Spring 2023 Business Pre-Recruiting Mixer (In-Person)

Mixers are an excellent opportunity for you to connect with our students before the start of the recruiting season and will increase your organization’s exposure. Previous mixers have attracted 150-200 undergraduate and graduate students. Please note that this event is intended for Bauer business majors only. Our mixers occur each Fall (Pre-Recruiting mixers by majors) and Spring (Internship – all majors). The next mixers will be held:

THURSDAY, JANUARY 12, 2023 | 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. | Melcher Hall

Registration Fees:

    • $150 per table

Registration Includes:

    • Up to 3 representatives from your company may attend
    • One 36” cocktail table
    • 2 hours to interact with approximately 150-200 Bauer business students (undergraduate and graduate)

Rockwell Career Center Partners:

    • All Rockwell Career Center partners will receive additional visibility throughout our website and social media pages

Bauer Spring 2023 Business Career Fair (In-Person)

The Bauer Business Career Fair is an excellent opportunity to connect with potential employees or interns while increasing your organization’s exposure. Previous fairs have attracted 100+ employers and 1,600+ undergraduate students, and graduate students from Bauer’s MBA and MS programs.

Please note that the career fair is intended for Bauer business majors only.  The Bauer Business Career Fair occurs each Fall and Spring. The next career fair will be held:

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2023 | 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. | UH Hilton

Standard Registration:

  • $900 per booth

Government and Non-Profit Registration:

  • $500 per booth

Rockwell Career Center Partners Registration:

  • $900 per booth
  • Includes all of the below plus:
    • All Rockwell Career Center partners will receive additional visibility throughout our website and social media pages
    • Additional signage throughout the event recognizing your organization as a corporate sponsor of the Rockwell Career Center
    • Company will be spotlighted in our career fair app

Registration Includes:

  • Up to 4 representatives from your company may attend per registered booth.  Please purchase additional booths if you plan to bring more than four representatives.
  • Lunch provided for up to four representatives from your company
  • One 6-foot table with background draping and company sign
  • Information about your company included in our career fair app
  • Electrical outlet, if requested on the registration form
  • 4 hours to interact with over 1,600+ Bauer business students (undergraduate and graduate)
  • Access to Reverse Career Fair – opportunity to meet with student organization leaders before the start of the event
  • Additional tables, lunches, and electrical connections available during the registration process
