Employers may elect to have an information table in our main business building, Melcher Hall, in the AIM Ticker Area during the Fall or Spring semesters. Conducting an information table allows an organization to begin, or extend, its presence here at Bauer. It can introduce your organization to students who otherwise may not be familiar with you.
Approved items that you may want to bring while conducting your information table:
- Printed company materials
- Job descriptions
- Company culture
- About us
- Pull-up banners
- Company logoed giveaways/goodies
- Refreshments (optional)
- Packaged food items
Information tables are typically scheduled Monday-Thursday between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Information tables may be reserved by completing the appropriate ‘Request New Info Session/Info Table/Site Visit’ in Bauer Career Gateway. In addition, we encourage you to work with our office at least three to five weeks in advance of your proposed date to find creative ways to help you reach your target audience.
