Objective: Assist with social media, marketing, and other assorted assigned tasks. The student will report to the owner of the facility, Sam Sann and the intern can expect to work an average of 8-10 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Assist with the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Help maintain and update the company website with fresh content, product information, and news updates.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Work on average 8-10 hours per week.
- Currently pursuing a Business Degree, preferably in Marketing
- Knowledge in Canva, Adobe Software, Hootsuite/Publer, major social media platforms, Emma, or similar email campaign management software, and Airtable a plus.
- Ability and openness to learn other software programs.
- Skilled in photography and/or videography, a plus.
- Proficiency in Internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
