CEXEC, Inc. has a future opening for a Junior Analyst with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to join our dynamic team to support our important Federal Government customer.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and organize meetings.
- Take comprehensive notes during meetings to document discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Distribute meeting minutes promptly to all attendees and relevant stakeholders for review and follow-up actions.
- Regularly communicate with the team to collect updates on potential risks, issues, and opportunities related to the program.
- Ensuring that the risk register is current, accurate, and reflective of the current risk landscape.
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders, including the transition manager, program manager, and senior branch management, to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Regularly check and maintain the online folders and log to ensure that they contain the latest versions of all files.
- Support the client to ensure the most recent files are obtained from the team.
- Organize and categorize documents in a manner that is easily accessible and understandable for team members and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the teams to communicate updates and to gather additional information if needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience
- General understanding of federal contracting
- Motivated "Self -Starter"
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree – Required

- 0-15% travel
