The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. He/she will play an integral role in building and engaging with the company’s customer base and creating effective lead generations strategies that will promote the long-term growth of the company.
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Assist with development of marketing strategies for projects, specifically company websites, advertising and social media campaigns
- Develop, implement and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns and events
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. marketing, product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the structure, navigation and content on all websites are continuously optimized to attract and engage prospects that closely match our target market segments.
- Create and maintain library of videos to be used in email campaigns, social media, training, presentations, etc.
- Establish dashboards to track, analyze and report to stakeholders how each website initiative, PPC campaign and social media platform is working to achieve the states goals and objectives.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns. Suggest and implement next steps based on data analysis for continuous improvement.
- Create and execute lead generation programs. Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency.
- Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation.
- Monitor and maintain ethical SEO strategies.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to ensure all content is optimized and consistent across all platforms and user experiences.
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
- Assist with responding to customer requests from website.
- Assist with outbound phone campaigns to targeted distributors.
- Assist with special marketing projects as needed.
- Gain expert level knowledge of HubSpot inbound marketing software
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience in HubSpot preferred
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications OR Marketing/Communications undergraduate able to work full time
