HOW YOU’LL HELP US KEEP CLIMBING (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Responsible for establishing and managing customer warranty claim project management for DFP parts and products.
- Oversee cycle count maintenance program.
- Generate inventory-related metrics to monitor inventory health.
- Regularly monitor inventory levels, identifying trends and variances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status including inventory accuracy.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory-related operations.
- Proactively address issues and develop solutions to prevent inventory shortages or excesses.
- Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment in inventory strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide insights on inventory performance.
- Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify obsolete stock.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in inventory control or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
