What You’ll Do
The HR Coordinator performs a variety of human resources (HR) support responsibilities relating to the implementation and administration of Kilbourn’s HR policies, procedure, and programs. Serves as an advocate for the employee, management, and the Plant. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.
Role Expectations
- New Hire Orientation ownership, execution, and stakeholder management
- Payroll process SME
- Liaison for coordinating external/internal Unilever-Kilbourn functions
- Blue collar recruiting support
- Blue collar attendance and performance reporting
- HR systems management SME (as specified)
- Engagement team co-lead and key executor of targeted engagement activities
- Ability to assume specified People Experience Lead (HR Generalist) and Payroll functions as assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in HR or related field and/or equivalent experience with minimum of 1-2 years related experience
- Experience in FMCG/CPG (nice to have)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $56,800 to $85,200. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
