The primary duties are: – Identify sites suitable for development and investment by the company – Complete site analysis and initiate other activities as required to procure the opportunity for the company’s review, acquisition, and development of the property – Create appropriate charts and other graphic materials – Perform financial analysis, conduct due diligence and data collection – Research trends impacting real estate fundamentals and investment activity. – Obtain and analyze market information and statistics – Other duties as assigned.
