Borehole Seismic, LLC is looking to fill an Operations Coordinator to help manage administrative side of oil field operations. This position is a mix of administrative, assistant and logistical-types of duties to ensure field operation is running smoothly. The job will be at office in Houston, but candidate will have opportunities for oil field experience

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain
- Oil & Gas production familiarity is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning
- Manage inventory – tracking, reporting, and placing orders when needed
- Coordinate logistics – manage equipment, coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Assist in scheduling/budgeting of field operations
- Evaluate and assist with procurement of third party vendors
Compensation:
- 3-month probation with transition to full time salaried position following review
- After the probation period, candidate will be eligible for benefits (including health insurance and paid time off)
