Analyst, Account Services Management (I5)
Dell Technologies customers expect great things from both our products and our services. Account Services Management is all about managing and overseeing seamless service delivery processes. It’s a hugely varied field of work. Responsibilities include monthly service review and reporting (including summary of open and closed service requests), verification of currently installed system software versions, contract status, and escalation assistance. The team strives to become trusted advisors with our ProSupport Plus (PSP) entitled customers, acting as their advocate within the Dell support ecosystem. What you’ll achieve
As an Account Services Management Analyst, you will assist in the management of multiple work streams and service delivery processes. Prioritizing and aligning to customer needs while driving continuous improvement and proactivity to enhance customers environment and drive down their TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
You will:
- Build consistency of delivery and adherence to standard practices, ensuring contractual service support requirements are met
- Compile, analyze and report statistical data and trends relating to service-level compliance and operational effectiveness
- Works with customers to proactively identify and resolve potential issues to achieve high system availability
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency of delivery and adherence to standard practices and continuous improvement
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams, account teams, field service personnel and customers

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated attentiveness to quality and productivity

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $44,625 – $64,130 depending on location.
