This is a paid internship that will start on or around June 3, 2024, and with an end date on or around August 9, 2024.
Main Accountabilities:
- Communicate effectively and efficiently throughout various levels of the organization
- Work in a dispersed team environment
- Coordinate multiple tasks while supporting the development team members
- General development tasks
- Coordinating document closings with landowners
- Document processing and data entry
- Project Mapping
- Stakeholder engagement
- Permitting and other project-related research
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate (Junior or Senior) or graduate student
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products preferred.
- Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise preferred
- GIS and Google Earth proficiency preferred

Physical demands & working conditions:
- Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment
- Speech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
- Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
- Safety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary
