Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Coordinator to provide administrative support for our Marketing and Corporate Development departments in our company. In this position, you must ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly, especially when they involve collaboration between multiple areas.
Responsibilities:
- Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meeting and travel itineraries, and participates in related arrangements for VP and department leaders.
- Completes and submits vouchers and expense reports for the department.
- Assist with gathering market research data, scheduling and tracking projects.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Maintain Confidentiality of company information at all the times.
- Ensure that all documentation and information is available to all parties.
- Other administrative items as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related field)
- Minimum two years administrative or coordinator experience working in a professional office environment.
- Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
- Fluent in all applications in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and etiquette
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong telephone etiquette/ receptionist skills
- Working knowledge of general office management and experience working with people at all levels.
- Superior attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
