Job Description
The purpose of this job is to analyze customer petroleum margin, sales, and
competition to determine the optimal price in achieving company level
financial goals.
Essential Functions
- Prepare, recommend, and present price quotes and wholesale bids to Supply & Distribution (S&D) team members
- Research and analyze customer’s fuel gallons to evaluate pricing opportunities aligned to strategic objectives
- Collaborate with S&D and make necessary adjustments to customer proposals
- Consistently identify volume and margin growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Track impact of pricing actions against targets in consideration of market factors
- Develop a working knowledge of, and proficiency in, tools and data utilized in decision-making processes
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field required
- Minimum one year petroleum industry or company experience preferred
- Minimum one year of directly relevant experience preferred
Specialized Knowledge
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required; Tableau skills a plus
- A comprehensive understanding of the fuel market and company business model is a plus

Travel
- Travel required less than 5%
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work outside normal business hours when needed to meet business needs
