Fleet Operations Technology Analyst
POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Operations Analyst for its Fleet Department. This role is available to qualified candidates to work remotely anywhere within the US. The Fleet Operations Analyst will work closely with Fleet vehicle operators, billers, and management to support Fleet Service Center customers, business processes, and related Fleet applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position include, but may not be limited to:

Provide timely customer service and support to Fleet Operators and Billers.

Provide vehicle inventory database support.

Manage Fleet application(s) training and support.

Support the ongoing development of fleet applications that are used by Fleet Operators, Billers, and Management.

Partner with functional areas to continually improve fleets applications and training.

Assist with the Fleet vehicle move, add, retire business processes and reports.

Promote and improve fleet BI reports.

This role will leverage data from various database to enhance existing reports, and as requested, develop new Power BI reports for the Fleet Service Center and its stakeholders.

Execute on Fleet Automation and Standardization efforts: 1. defining, 2. documenting, 3. streamlining, and 4. partnering with IT to use POWER’s Service Management tools to automate Fleet’s business processes.
Required Education/Experience:
-
Experience developing Power BI reports.
-
Experience working developing applications with Smartsheet or Microsoft Power Apps
-
Strong technology competency and working knowledge of most Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all levels of an organization.

Clearly explains complicated procedures in a simple and discernable manner (both oral and written)

Strong customer service and decision-making skills

Actively working towards a bachelor’s degree, or 2 years of Application and Report Development experience
Desired Education/Experience:

BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management or Equivalent Experience

Familiarity with Fleet Service Center business processes, policies, and technologies
-
Knowledge of Department of Transportation Rules and Regulations
-
Experience working with Insurance stakeholders on claims and premiums.

Experience working with Fleet Telematics Solutions
-
Experience with Service Now, or other IT Service Management systems
-
Experience developing and managing Microsoft SharePoint sites.

Salary DOE: The pay range for this position is $60K-$80K per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This figure does not include additional compensation such as health benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.
