DRB Systems ("DRB") is the leading provider of technology-enabled devices and software solutions to the North American car wash industry. The Customer Success Intern is responsible for running multiple projects supporting DRB product line.

This position reports to the Key Account Leader and is in Green, OH.
The Customer Success intern will collaborate with the Key Account Coordinator to deliver quality service while training and supporting customers using DRB Systems products/services. They will help ensure short-term and long-term key account projects are completed on time while learning what a full-time Key Account Coordinator or Customer Success role could look like with us.

Assist the day-to-day operations of a Key Account Coordinator.

Update Smartsheet and other key account documentation.

Learn how internal teams work together to assist our largest customers.

Help manage customer success and tracking of customer voice.

Gain an understanding of hardware installation, construction timelines, and customer management.

Foster analytical skills to drive impact on overall business objectives.

Find insights and trends in customer feedback.

Develop, manage, and execute specific projects with defined deliverables.

Deliver an end-of-project presentation to the DRB senior leadership team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A rising Sophomore – Senior level student pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Strong Excel skills.

Ability to prioritize and reprioritize. Ability to maintain a positive outlook when customer expectations change.

Excellent communicator with a positive, self-starter attitude.

Desire to learn new things.

Available to work onsite in Green, OH. (potential hybrid option)

Hybrid role is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
