Director, Undergraduate Career Counseling

Troy Hopkins, JD, PHR, SHRM-CP is the Director of Undergraduate Career Counseling at the Rockwell Career Center. Troy has been with the Bauer College since 2006 and the University of Houston since 2003. Troy has worked at Texas universities since 1997, starting at the University of Texas at San Antonio where he earned a B.A. in Political Science. Troy earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston while working full time at the Bauer College. Troy has earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP certifications and is a member of the Texas State Bar.
